Green Leaves Logistics LTD is a global logistics company that operates in various sectors, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Our head office is based in the United Kingdom, and we have operations and supply chain partners in several countries worldwide.

Policies in Place

We have implemented several policies to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our operations and supply chain. These include a Recruitment and Selection Policy that ensures all employees are recruited ethically and in compliance with the UK’s Modern Slavery Act 2015, and a Supplier Code of Conduct that requires all our suppliers to adhere to the same high standards as we do.

Due Diligence

We conduct regular due diligence on all our suppliers to ensure compliance with our policies and the UK’s Modern Slavery Act 2015. We also have a robust system in place to handle any concerns or complaints related to slavery and human trafficking.

Risk and Compliance

We recognize that slavery and human trafficking can occur at any stage of our operations and supply chain, and we have implemented several measures to mitigate these risks. The prevention, detection and reporting of modern slavery in any part of our business or supply chains is the responsibility of all those working for us or under our control. You are required to avoid any activity that might lead to, or suggest, a breach of this policy. You must notify your line manager OR a company Director as soon as possible if you believe or suspect that a conflict with this policy has occurred or may occur in the future.

You are encouraged to raise concerns about any issue or suspicion of modern slavery in any parts of our business or supply chains of any supplier tier at the earliest possible stage. If you believe or suspect a breach of this policy has occurred or that it may occur, you must notify your line manager or company Director.

Effectiveness

We regularly review our policies and procedures to ensure that they are effective in preventing slavery and human trafficking. We also conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with the UK’s Modern Slavery Act 2015 and our own policies. We are committed to continuously improving our practices to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not take place in any part of our operations or supply chain.
